Price, location, helpful staff rooms were clean, comfortable bed
Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, rooms were quiet.
In rm 228 the box spring was cracked on bed closest to window so bed made noise while laying on it and there was also issue with remote because it only allowed you to cycle through 4 channels instead all that were available. Both rooms (226 & 228) smelled of smoke even though non-smoking motel.
The employees were very helpful and answered all are questions.
The breakfast was very good.
The bed sagged and we could feel the springs. It was very uncomfortable. Until 2am we could hear the bass from what we think must have been a band playing at the sports bar near the hotel. It was a night without much sleep.
cxontinental breakfast powdered eggs
The staff was very helpful. The lobby was nicely decorated and well kept.
The facility was not clean and the other guest were noisy and disruptive.
Location near a busy shopping and restaurants.
Could be updated and cleaner.
location close to where I was visiting
Room 221 Leaking sink faucet which I reported the first day I was there. Stayed 9 days faucet was still dripping and no pressure when I checked out.TV picture was very snowy.
Cozy entrance was updated
Room and bathroom needs updated !! Bathroom counter falling down! Bed was not comfortable !!!
Far from center Fleas in the room Impossible to drive vehicle in the Main Street due terrible traffic 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL the hotel
Quiet, walking distant from stores.
When we got ready to take our showers that night, we saw that the tub was very dirty. We had to take bird baths, and wait until the morning for someone to clean the tub.
friendly staff, room smelled like freshly shampooed carpet
bed was very worn out
Easy check-in, pet friendly, clean, good location. Lots of restaurants near by. Close to everything.
Staff, overall cleanliness of room (was reassigned to another after mold was discovered in bathroom of first room), quiet air conditioner.
No daily, free newspaper; no pen or notepad (had to ask desk for pen & paper), so-so free breakfast with weak coffee (went to McDonald's instead).
The manager was very nice
The hotel was very hot! The ac was not properly functioning. While in my room I received a call " from a staff member" asking for my credit card information. I did not provide it (as it should be on file already) when I immediately spoke with the manager, who was the only one on duty at that time, he stated not calling. While also informing me this has happened before. The voice on the phone sounded like another male employee I interacted with earlier that day. No accusations, just my observations.
